Order before midday Monday to Friday for delivery the next working day

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over £25.

For orders under £25 a charge of £3.99 will be made at checkout for UK Mainlaind deliveries. For UK deliveries outside of UK Mainland please see our Delivery Rates section below.


Your order is shipped via DPD Couriers Monday to Friday on a Next Working Day service.  Orders are dispatched the same day if your order is placed before midday on Monday to Friday.  Orders placed on UK Bank Holidays or over the weekends will be dispatched on the next business day.  

Deliveries to offshore destinations (the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles) and the Scottish Highlands take a minimum of 2 business days to arrive. If you are in the Republic of Ireland we recommend that you order through our retailer Pet World who deliver across Ireland.

Possible delays.

In the unlikely event that any products are not in stock, delivery may be delayed. We will certainly keep you informed via email of the progress of your order and offer you a partial shipment. Should delivery be undertaken in several stages for technical or logistical reasons, shipping costs will only be applied once.

Refunds & Returns.

We hope that you and your pet will be delighted with our products. If, upon receiving your order, you or your pet is not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receipt by emailing or calling us on 0800 689 1523.

If we have delivered the incorrect item to you or your purchase has arrived damaged, we will arrange to replace or refund the item.

When shopping, please take time to make your selection, double checking you have the product before placing your order. Unfortunately, any postage costs incurred to return a product that has been incorrectly ordered, or products which are no longer wanted, are at the expense of the customer. We will not be able to issue refunds for products maliciously damaged.
